What a whirlwind week I’ve spent creating my long anticipated Spring Collection of Cameo Impressions Floral Frills to embellish hair, hats and Easter Baskets this season!
And, who’s that little “some-bunny” peeping about in my basket full of beauties?
Yep – the Peeps are out as Easter is just around the corner – next week, in fact! I daresay we can bid a fond farewell to the woes of a much too long winter. We’re welcoming 70 degree weather in South Jersey this picture perfect weekend, and taking great delight in leaving the coats at home on the way to the market.
Landis Marketplace – that is – where I’m enjoying my monthly gig this weekend showing off all my Floral Frills and a few vintage goodies, too!
But mostly, it’s all about the flowers – with lots of Pink peeping through!
Tomorrow, I’m co-hosting a special event with a friend – my daughter’s sister-in-law – whose family tradition involved Eastern European Egg Decorating using colored wax. I enjoyed Miss Melody’s teatime invite a couple years ago with my daughter (before the wedding) when she shared her skills during a lovely afternoon of teatime and DIY making beautiful things out of hard-boiled eggs. Read that story with the DIY TUTORIAL HERE.
I was so glad she was willing to co-host a tutorial crafting session at the marketplace with me. It’s expected to be quite the “eggstravaganza” – photos of which I’ll be posting on my Facebook page. If you haven’t already clicked to LIKE and follow via Facebook, do so now – and be sure to click “get notifications” and “engage the page” so we can stay connected – and you can see what grand designs come from our egg decorating tutorial session!
Another spring themed batch of Floral Frills is in the planning stages for the month of May! New colors and vintage jewelry bits and pieces have come my way so I’m making the most of them and enjoying every creative moment – making me feel spring time happy and in the pink!
Sharing Spring Peep & Pink this week with Beverly’s Pink Saturday at How Sweet the Sound.

Happy Pink Saturday! I adore your pretty flowers. You have been busy! Grace

Oh, My! What a flair you have for combining the ethereal, silky petals and feathers with bright baubles and beads! Simply charming—I’m not a jewelry/corsage/hat wearer, but I’m dreaming of some of these pinned to draperies, a canopy, a ruffle on a cloth. Lovely, each and every one.
