Bright and Beautiful Give-Away Winner!

Glorious greetings on this eve of April!

My daffodil buds are about to bloom, followed shortly thereafter by my pink tulips, I expect! A great way to bid farewell to a winter that has decidedly overstayed its welcome in most of the country.

Closing out the month of March, I enjoyed a lovely time this past week hosting my first link-up party via All Things Bright and Beautiful!

ATBB link up button

Talented bloggers who are lovers of good things and beauty generously shared their favorite recent posts for a bit of an “encore performance”. If you missed it – you might want to CLICK HERE and take advantage of the fun!

PLUS – A Give-Away!!

For every post linked to All Things Bright and Beautiful, their name was entered in my drawing. And . . . the winner is . . .

Diane has a lovely blog at Lavender Dreams where she shares her love of creativity, thrifting, crafts and books – beautiful things that have kept her busy and blogging since 2008! She shares with enthusiasm and delight. I especially love what Diane does with her pictures – and the most nifty app for iPad – Waterlogue:

How long do I have to wait for PicMonkey to add a “waterlogue” type feature to their design tools, I wonder?

Congratulations, Diane! I’ll be sending out this little hodge podge of goodies from my Cameo Impressions studio – and then some!

A lavender colored Floral Frill and a copy of my poetry collection in Fragrant Fields, a shabby photo album and lavender wood plaque, plus, a sweet Felicitation Frill tag in shades of pink to embellish a shabby corner.

But, there was just one more thing I shall have to tuck inside Diane’s Give-Away Prize – something we both share a common bond in.

Diane is a Jane Austen aficionado – and so am I! We also share a passion for thrifting and books. So, I just have to pass on this hardcover of one of Stephanie Barron’s Jane Austen Mysteries – a thrift store find! It’s one from a terrific cozy series that works true aspects of Jane’s life into a tale where she, not only discovers inspiration for her next novel, but shows a clever turn for sleuthing!

Hope you enjoy, milady!

I’m so thankful for everyone who participated in my first link-up and hope to have you do so again in April. Save the date, folks – Monday, April 28 – the All Things Bright and Beautiful Link-up will be live again and I’m delighted to be hosting each month. And, I couldn’t have done it without our own Beverly’s generous assistance. Thanks again, Bev!!

thanks bev
